Water Fasting AI ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.

During onboarding and use of the App, we may collect the following personal information that you voluntarily provide:

• Biometric Data: Age, sex, height, and current weight — used to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and personalize your fasting protocol.
• Health Information: Pre-existing health conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart conditions, eating disorders, pregnancy) — used solely to ensure your safety during fasting.
• Fasting Data: Fasting session start/end times, duration, water intake logs, mood entries, weight logs, and electrolyte tracking.
• Preferences: Unit preferences (kg/lbs, ml/L/oz), fasting protocol selection, and notification preferences.

All your personal health data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not upload, sync, or store your health data on any external servers or cloud services.

Some data is shared between the main app and home screen widgets via Apple's App Groups (a secure, on-device sharing mechanism). This data never leaves your device.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): Collects anonymous usage analytics (e.g., screen views, feature usage patterns). No personal health data is shared with Firebase. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• OneSignal: Used for push notifications. Collects your device push token to deliver notifications (e.g., fasting reminders, milestones). See OneSignal Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not share your health data with advertisers.
• We do not store your data on external cloud servers.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information unless you voluntarily submit it through our Contact Us form.

Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.

The App is designed for users aged 18 and older. We enforce a hard age restriction during onboarding — users under 18 cannot proceed to use fasting features. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data. Since data is stored locally, you can delete all data by uninstalling the App.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt-Out: Disable analytics tracking and push notifications in the App's settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
