By downloading, installing, or using Water Fasting AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Water Fasting AI is NOT a medical application and does NOT provide medical advice.

The App provides educational information and tracking tools for water fasting based on published scientific research. It is intended for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen, especially fasts lasting longer than 72 hours.
• If you experience severe symptoms during a fast (dizziness, chest pain, fainting, confusion), stop fasting immediately and seek medical attention.
• The metabolic phase model and safety recommendations in the App are based on published research but may not apply to every individual.

The App is intended for users aged 18 years and older. We enforce a strict age verification during onboarding. Users under 18 are blocked from accessing fasting features due to the health risks associated with water fasting during growth and development.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your health decisions while using the App.
• You understand the risks associated with water fasting and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary.
• You will not fast if you have a medical condition that contraindicates fasting (the App flags these during onboarding, but final responsibility is yours).
• You will break your fast immediately if you experience concerning symptoms, regardless of what the App recommends.

• Premium features are available through in-app subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
• Refund requests should be directed to Apple as they process all payments.

All content within the App — including the 10-phase metabolic model, educational articles, UI design, icons, and algorithms — is the intellectual property of Water Fasting AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Water Fasting AI and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any health outcomes, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the use of the App.
• Loss of data due to device failure, app updates, or uninstallation.
• Interruptions in service or availability of the App.
• Inaccuracies in tracking data, metabolic phase calculations, or safety recommendations.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
